FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS

1. Locate your Notice

Take note of the time restrictions. You only have 7 days to file for a review of an Immediate Roadside Prohibition (IRP) from the date you received it.

You only have 21 days to appeal a Notice of Intent to Prohibit.

IMPORTANT: Your legal team will need time to receive, review your case and prepare a defence – which takes time! DO NOT wait until the deadline to contact us.

2. Take clear photos or scans of all pages of the notice

It’s important to submit clear photos of all the attached pages and documents related to your driving notice. Without all the information, our lawyers will not be able to challenge the allegations against you.

3. Remember to include your contact information!

If we can’t contact you, we can’t help you – include a phone number AND an email address we can use to contact you. If you’re sending by text, make sure the phone you’re texting from is a number you have access to. We’ll be contacting you through the number you submitted information from. If you’re using email, please include your full name and telephone number so our lawyers can get in touch as soon as possible.

4. Hit SEND

The information will go directly to an experienced lawyer on our team for a free case evaluation.

Please allow sufficient time (typically 24 hours) for a lawyer to contact you. Especially in the case of Immediate Roadside Prohibitions, you only have seven days, so make sure you leave us enough time to receive the file and prepare your case.

Driving Notices
